"Farming for the market is a business. It is a business in that farmers use land, labor, and capital for the produce of goods to be sold. Successful farmers keep careful accounts and plan their investments of time and capital so as to maximize their income."  This course exposes participants to all that is invested into twinning farmers and farming with profitability.  It is hands-on and quite practical, requiring constructivist approaches to learning so that you can grasp key knowledge and skills to transfer to those in the wider farming community of practice.
